Public Safety to Host Meet-and-Greet at the Downtown Campus

Monroe Community College’s Department of Public Safety invites students, faculty, and staff to stop by and connect during a special Public Safety Visit at the Downtown Campus on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. We will be on the second floor, outside the multi-purpose room The event offers an opportunity to meet members of the Public Safety team, share questions or concerns, and learn more about the many services available to help keep the MCC community safe. Attendees can also gain insight into Public Safety’s role on campus and the resources available for emergency preparedness, personal safety, and crime prevention. “We want to encourage open communication and build stronger relationships with our campus community,” said Chief Stephen Wise, Director of Public Safety. “These visits are a great way for everyone to get to know the officers who work hard each day to keep our campuses secure.” All are welcome to attend.
