Please join us for today’s Wellness Wednesday as we explore ways to stay healthy and balanced through the holiday season!

The holidays are often filled with celebrations and delicious foods—but they can also bring added stress and challenges to maintaining healthy habits. This session will focus on mindful eating, balanced nutrition, and practical ways to enjoy your favorite seasonal foods while still supporting your overall well-being.

What’s Happening at This Event:

Nutrition Education – Speak with a Nutrition Educator from Cornell Cooperative Extension, who will share helpful nutrition education, healthy eating tips, and delicious recipes to make the most of the holiday season.

Wellness Activity – Participate in a fun, calming activity to help you slow down, focus on the present moment, and reduce stress.

Therapy Dogs – De-stress and recharge with our furry friends! A perfect reminder to pause and enjoy the simple moments.

Wellness Resources – Learn easy, budget-friendly nutrition tips and strategies for staying energized and healthy throughout the busy season.

Healthy Giveaways – Take home items that support healthy eating, hydration, and self-care.

These weekly events are your chance to pause, recharge, and connect with your campus community. As we move into the holiday season, let’s make mindful nutrition and self-care part of our wellness routine.
