File Your Taxes for Free with NYS Tax Department Members at the Downtown Campus on March 2nd

NYS Tax Department employees will be on the Downtown campus, in Room 300, to assist you in person to prepare and e-file your taxes on Monday, March 2nd. 

• If you earned $89,000 or less in 2025 (Filing single or as a family), you qualify
• Safe and secure online tax software
• Use on-site computers, or your own laptop, tablet, or mobile device
• You only need basic computer skills and an active e-mail account.

You must pre-register and schedule an appointment.  Sessions are available from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm.  For additional information, a list of necessary documents, and to schedule a session, visit the Tax Assistance Program website.
