We’re excited to team up with Student Life & Leadership for this week’s event, taking place in a new location to make room for even more activities and wellness resources!

Join us for today’s Wellness Wednesday as we recognize National Stress Awareness Day — a reminder to pause, breathe, and prioritize our mental and emotional well-being. This day highlights the importance of understanding how stress impacts our daily lives and discovering healthy ways to manage it.

Let’s come together to relax, reflect, and explore simple tools to support balance, mindfulness, and self-care.

What’s Happening at This Event:

  • Wellness Activities – Engage in calming, hands-on activities designed to help you de-stress, ground yourself in the present moment, and find inner calm. 
  • Art as Activism with HGHRP – Learn how art can serve as both an outlet for stress and a catalyst for awareness and community connection.
  • Educational Resources – Explore materials, tools, and resources designed to help you manage stress, practice mindfulness, and build resilience.
  • Therapy Dogs – Spend time with our friendly therapy dogs for a dose of comfort, connection, and joy.
  • Self-Care Giveaways – Take-home stress relief items that promote mindfulness and relaxation.
  • Lunch Provided!
