Join the Health and Wellness Department for a free gentle yoga and meditation class today, available to any interested MCC student. This class is appropriate for all levels; no previous experience is required. Mats and blocks will be provided. To reserve a spot, log in to myWellness Portal and sign up under the Groups/Workshops option on the left-hand side.
