Welcome Michelle Carroll
The Student Rights and Responsibilities Office and Title IX are happy to
introduce to our new Prevention and Education Coordinator, Michelle
Carroll.
Michelle Carroll (she/they) is an anti-sexual violence advocate and
trainer. She joined the New York State Coalition Against Sexual Assault
(NYSCASA) as the first Director, Campus Projects in 2016, supporting rape
crisis center advocates and university administrators who were implementing NYS
129B Enough is Enough law. Following NYSCASA, Michelle joined End Rape on
Campus (EROC) as the Associate Director, External Programs, where she developed
and delivered trauma-informed and survivor-centered programming to students,
administrators, law enforcement, community, and advocacy groups.
Michelle’s expertise in federal and state civil rights law, workplace and
education sexual harassment laws, and college prevention and response, make her
the perfect fit for the Prevention and Education Coordinator for Student Rights
and Responsibilities and Title IX.
Michelle will be responsible for assisting with student conduct case
management as well as coordinating the Title IX prevention and education
program on campus! Please stop into 1-300 and say hello!
