Mindful Monday and Meditation Event Today

Please join the Counseling Center, Disability Services and Health Services Department today for a Mindful Monday Event for Mental Health Awareness Month. Come learn how mindfulness and meditation can help optimize your mental health. It is also a great time to learn some stress-reduction techniques to get you through the end of semester! We hope to see you there!

  • Mindfulness Table from 11am to 1pm on the Terrace.
  • Meditation from 12pm to 1pm in the Stress Management Room (9-152).
