For Students: Important information regarding the Financial Aid Freeze date
The Financial Aid Freeze date for the Fall 2021 semester is Wednesday,
September 21, 2022. Your anticipated financial aid award offers are
calculated based on your FACE (Financial Aid Course Eligibility) enrolled hours
eligible towards your current degree program.
If you anticipate receiving financial aid this Fall 2022 semester, please
read the following:
You confirm that you are officially registered and attending all your
classes.
If you choose to add classes after the freeze date, know that these credits
may not increase your financial aid offers for this semester.
Waitlisted courses do not count as registered courses for the term.
The last “business” day to make changes to your schedule or
change your major and have these actions count towards your current financial
aid compliance is Tuesday, September 20th.
Please view your class schedule and confirm that all registered courses show
as FACE eligible. Sign into my.monroecc.edu, select Student, then My Account, click on
Self-Service then the Student tab, select Registration and then Registration
Compliance Results. Here you will see the Federal and State financial aid
eligibility of your registered courses.
For assistance with adding/dropping or withdrawing from courses, please
contact your assigned advisor.
