Mindful Monday Event Today

Please join the Counseling Center, Disability Services and Health Services Department today for another Mindful Monday Event for Stress Awareness Month. Stress is a normal part of our everyday lives, and some stress is considered healthy. But when stress becomes excessive and interruptive to our lives it can become unhealthy. Our Mindfulness Event is designed to teach you techniques on how to be more mindful and how it can help with stress reduction. The event will include a mindfulness activity, mindful eating education by a SNAP-Ed nutrition specialist, mindfulness and meditation resources and fruit and yogurt parfaits while supplies last. We hope to see you there!
