Details regarding the qualifications for these scholarships can be found on the Mathematics Department Scholarships Webpage.

Applications for all scholarships, including the corresponding letters of recommendation, are due by Monday, March 18, 2024 at 11:59PM.

All of these scholarships require letters of recommendation and a personal essay from the student, so the application process takes thought and time.

For math scholarships, please apply for all for which you are qualified. The same essay and faculty recommendations can be used for all math scholarships except for the Beyond the Formula Statistics Scholarship.

Each non-math related scholarship listed above requires a different essay focused on the scholarship and faculty recommendations should address the qualifications of these scholarships.

To apply for scholarships, sign in to Academicworks with your MCC credentials.

Be sure to contact faculty (professors) ahead of time, to ask them if they are willing to write a recommendation for you.
