Take a Brain Break With MCC Libraries!
You've worked so hard this semester-- not only for classes, but maybe caring
for family members, helping your kids with remote learning, trying to stay
healthy, and juggling so much more! MCC Libraries want to remind to you
take care of YOURSELF too. Since we can't be together physically, check
out MCC Libraries' social media pages this week as we help you navigate the end
of the fall semester with a virtual Take a Brain Break Week. You deserve it!
Today the library staff is sharing ways we de-stress and recharge, such as
spending time with our pets, kids, and grandkids. Physical activities
like playing guitar, kayaking, and hiking help us relax. And curling up
with a good book, puzzle, or vintage TV show can take our minds off of our
troubles.
We invite you to share the ways you give your brain a break,
too. Check out our Instagram, Twitter (#MCCTaBB), and Facebook today and all
week for more ways you can chill out as we wind down Fall 2020.
