Phone System Maintenance Friday March 26th 7:00pm - Midnight

On Friday March 26th Technology Services will be performing a critical backup on our VoIP phone system. Beginning at 7:00pm phone services on campus may be disrupted at the ATC, Brighton, and Downtown campuses. Calls in and out of these locations including voicemail may be intermittent. We anticipate all services will return to normal by midnight. Internet services including VPN may also be interruped briefly for a period of 5-15 minutes during this backup window. This critical backup is part of a two stage upgrade process that will be followed by work to be performed the next weekend. These upgrades are necessary to provide bug fixes, enhanced security, and add additional features that we will offer our remote workers. 

​During this window, Public Safety can be reached by calling (585)424-2453 (if their direct line is out of service) or by utilizing the RAVE Guardian app, which will remain functional.  Of course, if police, fire, or medical assistance is needed in an emergency, 911 can be dialed directly.
