Become a Peer Navigator at MCC

Do you want to welcome new students to campus? Do you want to become a better leader? Show off your love for MCC and apply to be a Peer Navigator! RESPONSIBILITIES Welcome and acclimate new and prospective students during Admissions and Orientation programs. Staff Trib411 Information Center Plan and implement student programming activities to help students develop social connections at MCC. Engage with students on FYE social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok) Provide regular communications with prospective and new students Facilitate Orientation and Welcome events throughout the year Conduct Tours and Information Sessions at MCC. Participate in training activities including weekly meetings COMPENSATION & BENEFITS NYS Minimum Wage, 20 hours per week. Learn and develop transferable skills useful for future employment Opportunity to gain leadership experiences and connect with the MCC community.
