MFA - What's Next Starting March 28
The rollout of Multi-Factor Authentication continues. If you have not
already enrolled, please do so as soon as possible. You will be
unable to sign in to the following systems without using MFA as of Monday March
28:
- Banner 9 Employee Self Service
- Maxient, including College Complaint Reporting
Form
- Academic Works, including MCC Scholarships
Online
- Civitas, including College Scheduler
You only have to enroll in MFA once. As
additional services/systems require MFA you will automatically
receive the MFA prompt when you sign in with your User ID and Password.
MFA combines (1) something you know, like your password, with (2)
something you have, like a phone or iPad or other tablet; so be sure to
register with something that you will have with you when you are logging
in.
To enroll, go to office.com and sign in with your MCC network
account (User ID and password). From there, follow the on-screen
steps to enroll (you will see an MCC-branded page to enter your password).
For assistance, please call the help desk at 292-8324.
