Save a Life!
People die, everyday, from narcotic overdoses. While some of them are due to
drug abuse, many others occur due to taking prescription meds incorrectly, or
when a child mistakes a pill for candy.
Narcan kits save thousands of lives every year. For those of you unfamiliar
with Narcan, it is a drug administered via a nasal spray to treat a narcotic
overdose. In the event of an overdose, the sooner this drug can be
administered, the greater someone's chances of survival. You have an
opportunity to save a life!
WMCC is hosting a virtual Narcan training event, via Zoom, Monday,
March 29, at 12 p.m. (noon)
Participants must register in advance at
https://survey.al
chemer.com/s3/5767461/SpecialMar292021
