Better Breakfast Event

September is "better breakfast" month.

Join the Office of Student Life and Leadership Development, Counseling, Disability and Health Services, and the Cornell Cooperative Extension TODAY for a Better Breakfast Event.  

Eating a healthy breakfast can improve academic performance, increase energy, and improve concentration. It also can boost metabolism and help regulate blood sugars.

Learn how to prepare a simple, healthy morning meal and celebrate this tasty occasion with healthy breakfast samples of fruit pizza and smoothies. (Available while supplies last)  Open to all students, faculty, & staff
