Micro - and Macro-Aggression's and their Impact on Inclusion and Civility

As higher education continues to adjust to a twenty-four news cycle, how we address issues of race, class, inclusiveness and civility are under constant scrutiny. In an effort to open up more dialogue around how these issues are being addressed nationally, we will be hosting a webinar entitled, "Micro aggressions, Macroaggressions and Micro affirmations: Lessen the Racial Divide to Create an Inclusive and Civil Campus Community." Please join us on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 from 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM in the Empire Room located on the Brighton Campus. In order to gauge attendance and, if necessary, change locations for this webinar, please RSVP to cgantt@monroecc.edu by no later than March 13, 2019. Please note that we will also be scheduling a follow-up discussion on this topic that is more specific to the MCC community.
