MCC's Counseling and Disability Services recognize National Suicide Prevention Awareness Month

MCC's Counseling Center and Disability Services staff are out-and-about for September - National Suicide Prevention Awareness Month.

September is National Suicide Prevention Awareness Month and the MCC Counseling Center and Disability Services staff would be thrilled to speak with students and staff alike as we host our September table event. Come see us on Thursday, September 26th outside the second floor dining area. We're offering education in-person with our staff along with take home materials in an effort to educate and empower anyone who wishes to visit. What's more, we invite you to partner with us to de-stigmatize and challenge myths behind the often taboo topic of suicide.

September represents a national all hands on deck effort across the health and human services spectrum - to include at our very own MCC. Hope to see you there!
