Compliment Your Mirror Day!

If you missed National Compliment Your Mirror Day over the long weekend, on July 3rd, it’s not too late to take a moment to recognize this playful awareness day, which reminds us to slow down and take a moment for self-appreciation before rushing through our morning routine.

Most of us look in a mirror multiple times every day. One way to observe National Compliment Your Mirror Day is to stop and take a good look at yourself in front of a mirror. Say thank you for something that you observe...something that makes you you. Now compliment yourself for something inside of you that you feel proud of. Then give your mirror a compliment for displaying this beautiful person to you! Lastly, set a positive intention for your day, and take this sense of confidence with you to live a fulfilling day.

Mirror, mirror on the wall, who’s the greatest of them all…it is YOU!
