SUNY and MCC Need Your Help

Students across all SUNY campuses—including MCC—are asked to participate in the Student COVID Vaccine Survey that SUNY System is administering to inform critical planning for summer and fall. The survey is designed to assess the COVID vaccination rates at all SUNY campuses.

The survey can be found at https://www.suny.edu/survey/take/covidvaccinesurvey. The link was also sent to MCC students via email last week.

The survey is voluntary, but your participation and feedback are very important and valued. It takes less than five minutes to complete. You may choose not to answer some questions or stop taking the survey at any time. All responses are anonymous and must be submitted by Wednesday, May 12.
