Mental Health Resources
Mental health is an essential part of everyone's overall health and
well-being. According to the National Institute of Mental Health, it is
important to recognize your emotions and own your feelings. For each of us, we
use different tools to keep us mentally healthy. COVID-19 is presenting unique
challenges as we navigate this new way of life and our daily routines have been
disrupted. We can find new ways to come together and interact with others
virtually during this time. Incorporating mental health tools to our daily life
can help us live a healthy lifestyle. Recognizing your feelings, find a healthy
routine, connecting with others and eliminating the amount of toxic influences
can help you on your path of recovery. It is important to remember we are in
this together.
