MCC Students Earn Their Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) Certificate
During the recently held Annual Student Engagement Awards, a number of
students were recognized for earning the LEAD Certificate. (Please see
attachment.)
Throughout the year, these highly motivated students attended workshops and
events covering topics such as, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Career
Exploration, Financial Literacy, Interpersonal Communication, Conflict
Resolution and more. They also participated in civic engagement through
community service activities. We congratulate these students for going
above and beyond classroom learning to increase their leadership potential. The
program begins with a Leadership Skills Self-Assessment and concludes with a
Self Reflection paper.
The Lead Certificate Program for next year will begin in mid October.
