Visiting Writers and Career Pathways

MCC's Creative Arts Committee is thrilled to offer two special opportunities for all MCC students interested in incorporating writing creatively into any aspect of their future professional lives!

On Wednesday, February 15, MCC Creative Writing alumni Claire Torregiano and Misty Yarnall will meet with students to talk about their own pathways and to offer guidance for more meaningful engagement with a writer's life.

On Wednesday, March 1, Rochester novelist and politician Ravi Mangla will meet with students to talk about fusing a writer's life with other professional pursuits.

Both events will be from 9-9:50 AM in Building 9 Room 242. Both also are accessible via Zoom. All are welcome to both event!
