Chancellor's Statement on SUNY Upstate Medical as a Regional Vaccination Hub

SUNY Chancellor Jim Malatras issued the following statement yesterday, Dec. 16, 2020. SUNY Upstate Medical is MCC's pooled testing partner.

“Throughout the COVID pandemic, SUNY Upstate Medical has met every challenge to serve the needs of New Yorkers—as a hospital caring for COVID patients, a top research facility developing one of the most effective COVID tests worldwide, at the forefront of the Pfizer/BioNtech clinical trials, and now selected as regional vaccination hub for Central New York. The entire team, led by President Mantosh Dewan, has our confidence as we get even closer to protecting more people with a vaccine.”
