Posting of Information at the College
Each semester, the Office of Student Services shares information related to
posting procedures for the campus with the College community (please reference
the attachment). These procedures are in place as a way to publicize events and
information, to assist with campus beautification, and to ensure the
appropriateness of materials being posted.
All materials, including table tents and any other forms of information to
be left in public areas, must be approved in advance. Newspaper and pamphlet
racks located around the campuses are for specific purposes, so please do not
place other materials in those racks.
Postings which may be perceived as discriminatory should be reported
immediately to the Office of the Vice President, Student Services (extension
2052), the Chief Diversity Officer (extension 2122), or to Public Safety
(extension 2912).
