Commemorate, Educate, and Advocate

The Holocaust, Genocide, and Human Rights Project (HGHRP) is committed to supporting our community amid the conflict between Israel and Hamas. We condemn the recent acts of violence and share the concerns of many in our community regarding the staggering loss of life. We strongly oppose hate, bigotry, Antisemitism, and Islamophobia, and we will always support those who stand for human rights.

The HGHRP students continue to examine the lessons of the Holocaust and apply their humanitarian efforts to contemporary obligations. If you would like to help, please support Doctors Without Borders, an independent and impartial organization that provides emergency medical care.

The HGHRP would also like to invite the community to our annual Kristallnacht Program featuring Dr. Daniel Mendelsohn, award-winning author, essayist, and critic. In his lecture, he will focus on the history of banning books as a prelude to the extremes of oppression and genocide.

Thank you, HGHRP Students, Advisory Board, and Team
