Day Four of Take a Brain Break
Today for Take a Brain Break week, the MCC Libraries invite you to take some
time to practice yoga or meditation. Or both! Did you know that
yoga dates back as far as 3000 BCE? And the earliest records of
meditation are just about as old. Both practices can reduce stress and
relieve anxiety. Why not give them a try?
You can find some great resources online to do yoga or meditation right in
your own home; no special equipment needed. The library has also put
together some ways to manage stress for you on our Take a Brain Break Fall 2020
guide, like 8
