Sexual Assault Awareness Month Events

Happy March! We're working hard to get ready for Sexual Assault Awareness Month in April and can't wait for all the events we have planned for the College community. Attached are the flyers for the month overall and two specific events we'd like to highlight, Speak About It (April 15th) and Yards for Yeardley (April 23rd, May 6th).

From Speak About It's Website: Speak About It is a performance-based presentation about consent, boundaries and healthy relationships intended for a college audience. We'll have free pizza and students can enter to win a $25 Wegmans gift card if they bring a friend!

About Yards for Yeardley: Yards for Yeardley is an event created by the One Love Foundation to raise awareness about domestic and dating violence. Participants track their yards (we can convert from steps, miles, etc.) during the month of April and/or during the times of the events. We will send out a tracking sheet at the end of March so you can start tracking April 1st. Prizes available from local businesses, so prepare to track!
