Mercer Gallery presents Art 114
When you think of the Mercer Gallery, you probably think of a physical
location in Building 12 with art hanging on the walls. Obviously,
many of you have not been in that physical location in quite a
while.
The Mercer Gallery is proud to announce the launch of Art 114, a new YouTube
channel and video series, spotlighting artists and their work.
The first video in the series spotlights MCC Associate Professor Athesia
Benjamin. Directed and Edited by Associate Professor Jason Flack
and assisted by Emeritus Professor Kathleen Farrell, these videos hope to
bring art to you on whatever devise you prefer, at whatever time you prefer.
The video also features the music of Professor John Nyerges, and the
motion graphics of Professor James Downer.
These videos are public, so if you see any you want to use for your courses,
simply copy the embed code and place within your BlackBoard shell. Share on
social media, make your family watch it on Christmas morning, binge an
entire season in one sitting. Whatever you want! And I can't believe I am
typing ths, but Subscribe to the chanel, click the Notification button to be
alerted of new uploads, and click the little "thumbs up" icon if you
so choose. You can even feel free to leave a comment in the comments
section.
