Downtown Campus Services
The Student Services Center (formerly known as the Student Engagement
Center) at the Downtown Campus is located on the 3rd floor, suite 310. Hours of
operation are 8:45 am to 4:45 pm Monday through Thursday, and from 8:45 am
to 1:00 pm on Fridays. The main number is (585) 685-6002 and the email
is studentservices@monroecc.edu.
The following services are available for the Spring semester. Appointments
are encouraged and walk-ins are welcomed:

- Admissions
- Financial Aid
- Counseling/Disability Services
- Registration & Records
- Student Life & Leadership
- EOP
In addition, the lactation and prayer rooms are open and available in suite
226 for any student, faculty, or staff member in need during regular operating
hours. We are also excited to re-open the Fitness Center for
students/faculty/staff beginning in spring semester. Details to follow.
Dr. Calvin Gantt, VP Diversity, Equity and Belonging, and Executive
Director, Downtown Campus, will be located in suite 226 on Mondays,Wednesdays,
and rotating Fridays. Anyone wishing to make an appointment with him can email

Kim DeLardge, Director of Student Services, will be the primary point of
contact for the Student Services Center. Student Services administrators will
continue to rotate through the Center Monday through Thursday. No appointments
are necessary and the schedule for the first weeks of the semester (subject to
change) is as follows:

The Downtown Campus Bookstore, located on the first floor is open Monday
throughThursday 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. The Campus Bookstore offers school
supplies, small electronic accessories (headphones/chargers), MCC apparel,
movie tickets, postage stamps, RTS bus passes, Dreamkeepers express gift cards,
as well as photo ID service. Candy, snacks, beverages, and fresh food
delivered daily is also available. Students are able to use their Financial Aid
Meal Plan on food items.
