Free Tickets: Canal Society Winter Symposium Saturday March 7

MCC's Department of Chemistry and Geosciences is co-sponsoring the Canal Society of New York State's Winter Symposium on Saturday, March 7, 2020 from 8 am to 3:30 pm in Monroe A & B. The program includes presentations on the roles New York's canals still play for flood control, transportation, and recreation; canals around the world; stories from canal history; and an update on New York State Canal Corporation work. Continental breakfast and lunch are included.

A number of FREE tickets are available to MCC students, faculty, and staff on a first-come-first-served basis. To reserve a spot, email Margaret Kaminsky mkaminsky@monroecc.edu.
