Meditation Sessions
Come learn more about the benefits of meditation and mindfulness practices.
Basic meditation instruction will be given with the opportunity to sit and
practice in a quiet and welcoming environment.
Beginners welcome! Free to students, faculty and staff.
Fridays 12:00 pm to 12:50 pm in Building 9 room 152
(starting Friday, September 6th until Friday, December 13th).
This Friday, September 6th we will be doing a guided, deep relaxation body
scan. Mats and blankets are provided.
Come and stay for as long as you wish.
