Confronting the Skilled Labor Crisis in Optics and Photonics

Professor Alexis Vogt was one of several education and industry leaders interviewed for their perspectives on how skilled labor shortages are negatively impacting the global optics and photonics industry. The editorial by William G. Schulz, appeared in the January/February Photonics Focus magazine published by SPIE, the international society for optics and photonics.
