Trib411 is Open for Business!
Trib411 is a fully staffed, student-centered welcome center with locations
on both the Brighton and Downtown Campuses. Trib411 serves as a central point
of contact for students, parents, community members, faculty, staff, and
visitors. The service provides a fast, user-friendly way for anyone to access
general information. Students, faculty, staff, and the community have the
capability to text, email, call, or walk up for assistance. Additionally, the
name of our chatbot on the MCC website has been changed to Trib411.
To date, Trib411 has received 461 text messages, over 100 phone calls, and
served many students face-to-face.

HOURS: Monday - Thursday, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.; Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.;
Saturday, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Matthew Lawson has provided extensive training for FYE peer navigators, peer
leaders, and student workers staffing Trib411.
