Do you have ideas for ways to encourage kindness throughout MCC?

Kindness, empathy and a healthy community culture are on the minds of many of our colleagues here at MCC. In the past two weeks alone, I've heard great ideas for kindness initiatives from Domi Wells (payroll supervisor) and Kathy Farrell (art professor). If implemented, these ideas have the power to raise positive vibrations throughout the college community.

So as I work on my own campus kindness projects, I can't help but wonder what other ideas you all have. If you've been thinking about ways to encourage more kindness and empathy at MCC, please feel free to send me an email (abenjamin@monroecc.edu) with your thoughts.
