HSMI to offer on-site Homeland Security Course in Israel - Summer Session 1, May 31 - Jun 9, 2019
The Homeland Security Management Institute once again is offering a three
credit hour advanced homeland security course next summer HSM 181.
MCC will once again collaborate with students from St. Leo University in
Tampa Florida in conjunction with Security Solutions International. Last year,
the program was sold out at 30 students so an early commitment is highly
recommended.
The course is designed for students who want to study homeland security in a
country that is considered to have some of the most advanced and secure
policies and procedures anywhere in the world. The majority of the course work
is completed on location in the host country. Students will connect their
specific field of study with their studies in homeland security, culture,
landscape, history and mythology of the host country. The course is open to
everyone.
HSMI will be hosting a series of informational meetings over the next
several months that will provide specifics regarding cost, travel,
accommodations and additional course information.
If you have an interest in this course please contact HSMI at 753-3921 or smanns@monroecc.edu and sign up for the
first informational meeting to be held in the Empire Room 12-1 p.m. at the
Brighton campus on October 18, 2018.
