Professor Richard Stevens' Salamander Research Featured in Rochester Academy of Sciences Bulletin

MCC Biology Professor Richard Stevens is a fan of all creatures great and small, especially salamanders.  Rich's summary of his investigations of the skin microbiome of local salamanders, conducted with the collaboration of Professors Suzanne Long and Tim Tatakis and several MCC students, is featured in the Rochester Academy of Sciences Bulletin for August-September 2022 (PDF).

While salamanders are Rich's favorite animals, he also cares for the residents of the Critter Wall on the 6th floor of MCC's Downtown Campus.  Stop by and see them in person or follow mcccritterwall on Instagram.
