Trib411 Student Information Center Is Live!
Announcing MCC's Trib411 Student Run Information Center
Student Services is excited to offer a new service, TRIB411. TRIB411,
replicated after CHANT411 at Coastal Carolina University in South Carolina,
will be a pilot project, that will serve as a central point of contact for
students, parents, community members, faculty, staff and visitors. Located in
the Welcome Center at Brighton, and in the Office of Campus Life at the
Downtown Campus, the service will provide a fast, user friendly way for
students to access general information. Students will have the capability to
text, email, call or walk up for assistance.
TRIB411 will be staffed during the following hours:
Monday - Thursday 8am - 8pm
Friday 8am - 5pm
Saturday 9am - 12pm
Staffed by FYE Peer Navigators who have participated in an extensive
training through FYE and Orientation, the soft launch will continue through
August, and a Grand Opening will be held during the FYE Weeks of Welcome. The
following staff have been instrumental in launching this initiative, Christine
Accorso, Business Analyst - Student Services, Kim DeLardge, Director of Student
Services, DC and Matthew Lawson, Program Manager - Admissions. Please be on the
lookout for additional information.
