Two MCC Students Win National Literary Competition

Monroe Community College has two winners in the League's 34th Student Literary Competition!

• Lucy Behr was chosen as the 1st place winner in the category of Fictional Short Story for "August is Over."
• Misty Yarnall was chosen as the 3rd place winner in the category of One-Act Play for "I'm Sorry, Carrie."

The members of the English/Philosophy Department are elated for these students who have thrived in its Creative Writing (CW01) Program.
