Carlos Montenegro, Cornell University Humphrey Fellow from Ecuador on Climate Change and Environmental Policy

Carlos Montenegro, a Humphrey Fellow at Cornell University, will share his experience working with international organizations to address climate change, forest conservation, and biodiversity issues in Ecuador and other countries in the region. Carlos advocates the use of scientific research to inform environmental policy, and he has worked for Conservation International and the United Nations Development Program as regional coordinator for the project Life on Land (SDG 15). 

MCC faculty, students  and staff are welcome to attend this virtual meeting.
