Therapy Assistance Online (TAO)

The Counseling, Disability & Health Services department is excited to share that we recently launched Therapy Assistance Online (TAO).  TAO is an online customizable, educational program that includes interactive and engaging short courses to help others. These self-guided interactive sessions offer evidence-based educational materials to support others on ways to develop stress management strategies, mindfulness skills, problem-solving, manage relationship struggles, social anxiety, etc.

This resource was funded by HEERF; therefore, there is no cost to access TAO and it’s available for all students, faculty, and staff to utilize.

To login and begin using TAO, please visit our Counseling Center website for instructions or you can access TAO on the portal by clicking the following pathway: Campus Resources – Health & Wellness – Therapy Assistance Online (TAO).  To sign-up for TAO, you will use your MCC credentials.

To learn more about TAO and all it has to offer, please visit the TAO website.  If you have questions or would like to learn more, please email the Counseling Center.
