How to Help Students Navigate End-of-Semester Stress

With the holiday season upon us, and the end of Fall semester in sight, students may be feeling overwhelmed and anxious. This is a very important time to help students prioritize self-care and lean into their support systems. Remind students schedule breaks, practice mindfulness, and focus on stress reduction techniques. Some great ways of reducing stress are exercise, eating wholesome meals, getting a good night’s rest, and connecting with friends and family. Students can also reflect on their achievements from this semester and set realistic goals for the next semester. Please see below for resources, events and supports offered through our office to help support students during this time of the year.
