RA/Peer Navigator Application Extended to March 14 at 4:00 PM! Apply Today!

Interested in being a Resident Assistant or Peer Navigator for the 2024-2025 academic year?

The RA/PN Application has been extended and now closes March 14 at 4:00 PM, so don’t wait!

Applicants should:

• Be in good academic and disciplinary standing with MCC.
• Be a full-time undergraduate student for the 2024-25 school year.
• Have completed at least 1 semester at MCC as a full-time matriculated student (transfer students are eligible, but must meet GPA requirement).
• Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5.

Applicants must:

•  Attend a RA/PN Information Session -  RSVP for our Virtual Zoom Info sessions for our Virtual Zoom Info sessions
• Complete the RA/PN application
• Your application must include a resume. For help with your resume, we encourage you to visit the Career Services office or visit their website
• Applicants will also be required to have a reference submit a recommendation form.

Note: Applicants may apply for both RA or PN positions or just one, but will only be considered

Interview Process

Individual interviews will be held with members of the selection committee, followed by a group interview on April 12, 2024.

Compensation & Benefits

• Bi-weekly cash stipend.
• Free Residence Hall single room for Fall 24/Spring 25 (student is responsible for submitting Housing Application and paying deposit).
• Larger bi-weekly cash stipend for students not able to live in the residence halls (Peer Navigators only)
• Limited meals provided during training and college events. 
• Learn and develop transferable skills useful for future employment.
• Opportunity to gain leadership experiences and connect with the MCC community.
• MCC Apparel, uniforms provided.
