Renew Housing: Fall 2024 Housing Application for Returning Residents Now Available!

The Office of Housing & Residence Life has opened the Returner Housing Application for the 2024-2025 Academic year, and will be available until May 1.

Current residents living in the halls this semester have the opportunity to Renew their Housing for next year. By applying now, they will receive priority housing with guaranteed placement and first choice of where they want to live!

All students interested in living on campus next year can find directions to apply on the Housing website or by following the directions below:

Application Process:

  1. Log in to myMCC using MCC email address and password
  2. Select the Student Home tile > Select the Housing tile > Select the New Housing Self-Service Portal hyperlink
  3. Click on Applications, select the preferred Housing Application (standard or 12-Month)
  4. Complete the questions, and submit the $200.00 application fee/security deposit
  5. All placements are made based on the completed (including payment) application date/time. Applicants will receive a notification via their student email account regarding their housing status. Assignments will be made after May 1. 

Students will receive information at their MCC email, so that should be checked regularly.

Students with questions about this process or who need assistance completing the application can also contact the Housing & Residence Life Office by calling 585-292-3674, emailing residencehalls@monroecc.edu, or stopping into the Housing Office (Monday through Friday 10am to 5pm) located in West Canal Hall.
