Don't forget to Register for the 2023 Diversity Conference

Learn about our 2023 Diversity Conference Series and register for the events taking place on Friday, October 6, 2023.

The conference will begin at 8:30am with light refreshments. Dr. Nazario y Colón, Senior Vice Chancellor for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Chief Diversity Officer for SUNY will provide the keynote address, followed by a panel discussion highlighting the shared responsibilities both public and private institutions and companies have in continuing the work of ensuring better equitable opportunities for all current and future employees and students.  The morning session will also incorporate time for reflecting on the topics learned during the event. This conference will conclude with lunch.

Following the morning conference, MCC faculty and staff are invited to participate in an additional professional learning opportunity presented by Impact Interactive, LLC.  Participants will engage in theatre-based and other interactive activities designed to explore what makes up a healthy campus community and to discuss actions that can lead to a more inclusive campus culture of belonging for everyone.
