Cannot remember network / email password

Reset and Change MCC Network Account / Email Password

If you cannot remember your current password for email, myMCC, campus computers, M & S drives, or campus wireless; perform the following steps to reset and change to a new secure password.

Go to

Fill in your Network Account Name (from your email address- ex: jdoe1) and your Student Records Account number (your M number- ex: M00xxxxxx) 

and click "Reset my MCC Student Network Account Password".

Next, answer your security question, enter your date of birth, type in the word(s)/number(s) that you see in the box below, and then click "Reset my MCC Network Account Password".
If you cannot see the word(s)/number(s), click "Get new word(s)/number(s) if you can't read the word(s)/number(s) below". The page will reload with a Google Captcha challenge.

Once the password has been reset successfully click "Change my MCC Network Account Password"


The password reset webpage will automatically fill in your network account name and current / default password (M00xxxxxxmcc)
Enter and re-type your new secure password; make sure it meets the complexity requirements listed on the webpage.
This will be your new password for: Email, myMCC, M & S drives, Campus PC login, and Campus Wireless.
