Map your Student Storage network storage folder to your computer
with Windows 8 / 7 / Vista

NOTE: The information students enter for this connection will be different for each user.
For this guide we are going to use the following account as the example.
Enter your own username and password when prompted.

First Name: Ala
Last Name: Tester
Username: atester001
MCC Student E-mail: atester001@student.monroecc.edu

Click the Start button -> Computer
The Computer dialogue box will open, click “Map Network Drive” at the top.




The “Map Network Drive” dialogue box opens.
Choose a drive letter not being used.
In the “Folder” setting enter

https://studentstorage.monroecc.edu/{first letter of your last name}/{username}

Example: https://studentstorage.monroecc.edu/t/atester001
Check the box “Reconnect at logon”
Click Finish



You will be prompted to enter your credentials to connect to the storage drive.
Enter your full MCC student e-mail address as the username: atester001@student.monroecc.edu
Enter your current network / e-mail password
Check the box for "Remember my credentials".




Go to Start -> Computer

You will now see your username listed under Network Locations.
Double click on the icon to begin uploading and downloading files from your Student Storage account.
