As of Fall 2023, any student who transfers to SUNY Brockport with an earned
Associate’s degree (AS, AAS, or AA) or earned Bachelor’s degree will
have ALL general education requirements completed (this includes SUNY and
Brockport local requirements). Brockport accepts up to 75 credits from
community colleges.

Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher is advised for acceptance to SUNY Brockport.
GPA of 2.0 is required for MCC graduation.
Public Health Program Requirements:
Students must earn a grade of "C" or higher in each required
public health course (PBH courses) and each required course taken outside
of the Department of Public Health & Health Education to complete this
program. In addition, students must achieve a minimum 2.5 grade point average
for all course work completed at Brockport to enroll in the Brockport course
PRO 496 Practicum
in Public Health Education.
The Health Studies A.S. (HS01) will be the degree student is audited
against and awarded from MCC.
