As of Fall 2023, any student who transfers to SUNY Brockport with an earned Associate’s degree (AS, AAS, or AA) or earned Bachelor’s degree will have ALL general education requirements completed (this includes SUNY and Brockport local requirements). Brockport accepts up to 75 credits from community colleges.

Courses in BOLD are SUNY Brockport business prerequisite (or foundation) courses; Students must earn a minimum GPA of 2.5 in the foundation courses, with no grade lower than "C-." Transfer grades are included in this GPA.

For Accounting: ACC courses must be a C grade or higher.

For the Business Administration degree at Brockport: After transferring, you can choose from three management specializations - Management, Human Resource Management, and Business Analytics.

SUNY Brockport also offers an
Online Degree Completion program for Business Administration.

Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher is advised for acceptance to SUNY Brockport. GPA of 2.0 is required for MCC graduation.

Apply to SUNY Brockport via the online SUNY application the semester before you complete your degree at MCC.
