Michael Quinn serves as the MCC controller. In this capacity, Mike manages the Controller, Payroll, Student Accounts, Accounting, Purchasing and Central Receiving departments. Mike is responsible for the college’s financial reporting, safeguarding assets, cash and Investment management, procedures development, implementation and maintenance. Mike also serves as the college’s responsible administrator for audit compliance with applicable rules, regulations and laws.
As the management assistant to the Controller, Jodee Biller serves as that office’s operations manager. Additionally, she is the Controller’s liaison to the County of Monroe and the State of New York’s Dormitory Authority for all college capital Improvement projects.
